There was a time I was angry.😤
Angry at how women were seen. Angry at being associated with softness, with emotion, with anything that could be called “weak.” So I fought it.🥊 I pushed away everything feminine. I thought strength meant being harder, more guarded, keeping hair short, wearing baggy clothes, I was naive, and I did everything in my head felt masculine = power. 💇‍♀️🧟‍♂️

And then after years of healing, I started connecting back to wha I loved as a child and one of it was Saree, I put on a saree.🦚

Not for an occasion. Just because something in me wanted to.
And something shifted.
I found myself slowing down. Walking gracefully 🤓.
 More aware… more present.
And I started noticing things I had never paid attention to before. ⭐️
The bindi. The bangles. The quiet ways our bodies were meant to be held.

There was no weakness in it. There was grace. There was groundedness.
There was a kind of power I hadn’t let myself feel before, the power of being fully, unapologetically aligned with myself.
The feminine and the masculine aren’t opposites fighting for dominance.
 They’re both in us.❤️🤍✨⭐️❣️
And when you stop warring with one side of yourself, you stop being exhausted by the fight.

The saree didn’t change me. It just helped me come home to myself.🏡
And that, I think, is what true strength looks like.

Some loves don’t begin in adulthood.
They are planted quietly, long before you even understand them.

I must have been 5…
watching my grandfather wake up and go straight to his garden.
No rush. No noise.
Just him, the plants, and a kind of presence I didn’t have words for back then.

He would speak to them.
Care for them like they were family.
Spend time,with something that couldn’t speak back.

I didn’t realise it then,
but that’s where it began for me.

This deep, grounding love for gardening.
For nature.

This first picture was taken in 2020. And others over the last few years,
And somehow, I never posted it.

Maybe because some moments take time to be felt fully…
before they’re ready to be shared.

This wasn’t just about one incident.
There was a pattern.�One that had been quietly repeating in the family for years.
And when something like that isn’t seen…�it doesn’t disappear.
It finds a way to express itself.

But the real journey was not the road between Pune and Goa.
It was the distance between�“I don’t know if I can do this”�and�“Just take the next step.”
Somewhere along that road I realised something that stayed with me long after the run ended.
The body has limits.
But the mind has stories.
And most of the time we stop not because the body cannot continue but because the mind decides the story is over.
Healing work is very similar.
People come thinking the problem is the present moment.
But when we go deeper, we often find an old story quietly deciding what is possible.
Change the story, and the path opens.
Nine years later, this lesson still guides everything I do.

It’s okay not to know what to believe.
A couple came to me after losing their dog earlier this year. They had questions about what he liked, who was around him when he passed, and whether a connection was still possible.
And underneath those questions was something very human.
They simply wanted to know if this kind of communication could be real.
What came through in that session wasn’t something frightening or dramatic.
It was love.
Animals share an incredibly deep bond with their humans. Sometimes that bond continues in ways our logical mind struggles to explain.
In this case, their dog didn’t just show me things about himself, he showed things about the family that helped them understand what they had been carrying for years.
Moments like this remind me that connection doesn’t always end when the physical body does.
Sometimes what we call “loss” is simply a change in form.
And sometimes, the ones who loved us most still want us to feel lighter.

a client sent me her latest thyroid report.
Her TSH had moved from 5.19 (above range)
to 3.04 (back within normal range).

This shift happened within about a month after a few sessions of energy work.
I sat with this before sharing it, because results like this deserve to be respected, not exaggerated.
We didn’t “treat the thyroid.”

We worked on what was happening underneath the symptom, the emotional patterns, the nervous system stress, and what the body had been holding for years and across lifetimes, the seen and the unseen!

I didn’t stop everything I loved. I stopped one thing: sea swimming.
Because it would tan my skin.
That conditioning was so deep that I didn’t even know it was there.

Until I got married.

Marriage became the trigger. Not because my husband said anything. But because entering a new role activated an old program: “Now you need to be more desirable. Now you need to be fairer. Now you need to shrink.”

So I stopped the cold water. I stopped the sun on my skin. I stopped being brown.

For three years.

Then one day, I went back into the sea. And my body remembered what my mind had forgotten: that I was never supposed to apologize for my skin, my body, or the space I take up.
