By accessing this website, making a payment, booking a session, enrolling in a program or participating in an offering by Heal with Anuja, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable policies linked on this website.

1. Nature of the Work

Heal with Anuja offers services that may include shamanic healing, psychic and intuitive work, mediumship, ancestral lineage healing, root cause work, energetic clearing, entity and heavy-energy work, house and land clearing, spiritual practices, group healing, workshops, courses and practitioner education.

Depending on the session and what unfolds, the work may explore emotional, subconscious, somatic, ancestral, energetic and spiritual patterns.

Within the spiritual and shamanic framework of this work, experiences may also be explored through concepts such as ancestral energies, past lives, entities, energetic attachments, spiritual presences, cords, heavy energies and other non-physical influences.

These concepts form part of the spiritual framework in which the services are offered and should not be interpreted as medical, psychiatric, scientific or legal diagnoses.

2. Sessions & Individual Experiences

Every session is guided by what unfolds in real time rather than by a fixed structure or predetermined outcome.

One session is not intended to address every area of your life.

Some patterns may have developed over many years, moved through family lineages, or may be experienced within the spiritual framework of the work as extending across lifetimes. Deeper or layered work may require more than one session and time for integration.

Some clients report significant shifts after one session, while others choose to continue the work over several sessions.

Every person's experience is individual. No specific outcome, timeline, result or number of sessions is guaranteed.

3. Session Duration

Session duration varies depending on the service booked and the work that unfolds.

Sessions typically last between 30 and 60 minutes unless otherwise stated on the relevant service page.

A session may conclude when the work intended for that appointment is complete. Sessions are not extended solely to fill the maximum allocated time.

Where a client joins late, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time.

4. Mediumship & Psychic Work

Mediumship and psychic sessions are intuitive and spiritual in nature.

While an intention may be set to connect with a particular loved one, ancestor or spiritual presence, a specific connection, message, person or outcome cannot be guaranteed.

Anuja works with what presents itself during the session rather than forcing a particular connection or predetermined answer.

Psychic or intuitive guidance should not be treated as a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, psychiatric or other specialist advice.

Clients remain responsible for their own decisions and actions following any session.

5. Healing & Energetic Work

Healing work may involve shamanic, energetic, subconscious, somatic, ancestral or spiritual practices depending on what is relevant to the session.

The work is intended to support personal, emotional, energetic and spiritual exploration.

Heal with Anuja does not guarantee that any particular physical condition, mental-health condition, relationship, fertility journey, legal matter, financial situation, career issue or other life circumstance will change or resolve as a result of a session.

6. Medical & Mental Health Disclaimer

Services provided by Heal with Anuja are complementary spiritual and energetic practices.

They are not medical treatment, psychiatric treatment, psychotherapy, diagnosis or emergency care and are not intended to replace qualified healthcare.

You should not stop, delay or alter medication, medical treatment, therapy or professional healthcare based on a session with Heal with Anuja without consulting the appropriate qualified professional.

If you are experiencing a medical, psychiatric or other emergency, please contact the appropriate emergency or professional support service.

7. Legal, Financial & Other Professional Matters

Sessions may sometimes explore energetic, emotional, ancestral or spiritual patterns surrounding areas such as property, legal disputes, money, career, business or other practical circumstances.

Nothing communicated during a session constitutes legal, financial, investment, tax or other regulated professional advice.

Any decisions regarding these matters remain entirely your responsibility and should be discussed with an appropriately qualified professional where necessary.

8. House, Office, Property & Land Work

House, office, property and land clearing may be conducted remotely.

Depending on the service, clients may be asked to provide photographs, videos, the property address, location details, Google Maps pin and other information reasonably required to carry out the work.

The client is responsible for ensuring that they have the right or permission to provide the relevant property information.

Energetic or spiritual work on a property does not replace structural, electrical, environmental, legal, security, pest-control or other appropriate professional assessment where such services are required.

9. Group Healing Sessions

Group healing sessions are collective experiences and are not equivalent to private 1:1 sessions.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, participation in a group session does not include an individual psychic reading, private mediumship connection, individual diagnosis or extended discussion of a participant's personal circumstances.

Participants are responsible for choosing how much personal information they wish to share in a group environment.

Respect for the privacy and experiences of other participants is expected at all times.

10. Courses, Workshops & Practitioner Training

Courses, workshops and training offered by Heal with Anuja are spiritual and educational programs.

Completion of a course does not automatically qualify a participant to practise professionally unless the particular program expressly states otherwise.

Where a program is described as a Foundation, introductory or personal-development course, participation or completion should not be represented as professional practitioner certification.

Any certificates issued by Heal with Anuja represent completion or participation in the relevant Heal with Anuja program unless explicitly stated otherwise. They should not be represented as a government licence, statutory qualification or accreditation unless such recognition is expressly stated in writing.

11. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability.

Current availability, session descriptions, pricing and booking options are displayed on the website.

A booking is considered confirmed only once the required booking process and payment have been successfully completed and confirmation has been issued.

Clients are responsible for providing an accurate email address and contact information when booking.

Booking confirmation, session information, online meeting links and reminders may be sent automatically to the email address used for the booking.

12. Availability & Priority Appointments

All regularly available 1:1 appointments are displayed through the booking calendar.

When regular availability is full, additional appointments are not guaranteed on request.

A limited number of priority appointments may occasionally be available at a separate fee. Priority availability is discretionary, limited and cannot be guaranteed.

A priority fee relates to earlier access to Anuja's calendar. It does not provide a different level of healing, a stronger session or any guarantee of outcome.

13. Rescheduling, Cancellations, Missed Appointments & Late Arrival

All bookings are subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy published on this website.

Clients are responsible for reviewing the applicable policy before completing a booking.

Where self-rescheduling is available through the booking system, clients should use the rescheduling option provided in their booking confirmation.

If a client does not attend their scheduled appointment without informing Client Care in advance, the appointment will be treated as a missed appointment in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Late arrival does not extend the scheduled end time of a session.

14. Practitioner Rescheduling

Because shamanic and energetic work requires a high level of presence and focus, there may occasionally be circumstances in which Anuja needs to reschedule a session.

While uncommon, this may be necessary to ensure the work can be held with appropriate presence, clarity and integrity.

Where this occurs, the client will be informed as early as reasonably possible and an alternative appointment will be arranged.

15. Communication & Client Care

The official website and booking system are the primary sources for session descriptions, pricing, availability, bookings and policies.

Client Care is available to assist with questions that are not clear from the website, choosing between services and genuine booking or technical difficulties.

WhatsApp Client Care is not a substitute for a booked session.

Ongoing healing guidance, psychic consultation, mediumship, interpretation of session work or extended post-session questions are not provided through WhatsApp or informal messaging.

Where further exploration or healing work is required, an additional appropriate session may be recommended.

16. Calls & Direct Communication

Client Care WhatsApp is intended for written communication and does not accept calls unless specifically arranged.

Anuja's personal contact details are not provided for ongoing client communication.

Communication outside scheduled sessions is managed through the designated Client Care channels.

17. Client Responsibility

By participating in a service or program, you acknowledge that you remain responsible for your own wellbeing, choices, decisions and actions.

You are encouraged to communicate relevant concerns during your scheduled session and to ask questions while the session is taking place.

Participation in spiritual or energetic work is voluntary.

18. Testimonials & Client Experiences

Testimonials shared on the Heal with Anuja website, social media or other platforms reflect the personal experiences of individual clients.

They are shared for informational purposes and do not constitute a promise, prediction or guarantee that another client will experience the same or similar results.

Experiences vary between individuals.

Where testimonials involve sensitive personal circumstances, identifying details may be withheld or altered for privacy with the client's permission.

19. Recording, Privacy & Confidentiality

Client information and session details are treated with respect and discretion.

Sessions may only be recorded where appropriate consent has been obtained.

Clients may not record, reproduce, publish, distribute or commercially use teaching materials, group sessions, workshops or other proprietary content without written permission from Heal with Anuja.

Where a group program involves interaction between participants, Heal with Anuja expects participants to respect the confidentiality of information shared by others.

Absolute confidentiality by other participants in a group environment cannot be guaranteed.

20. Intellectual Property

All original content created by Heal with Anuja, including written material, course structures, teaching methods, exercises, recordings, videos, workbooks, meditations, workshop material, graphics and other educational or creative content, remains the intellectual property of Heal with Anuja unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing or participating in a service or program grants access for personal use only.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, taught, resold, distributed, uploaded, republished or used commercially without prior written permission.

21. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the website accurate and current.

Services, pricing, availability, program structures, dates and policies may be updated from time to time.

The version displayed on the website at the relevant time will apply, subject to any specific terms communicated at the time of purchase.

22. Refusal or Discontinuation of Service

Heal with Anuja reserves the right to refuse, discontinue or decline further services where appropriate, including in situations involving abusive, threatening, harassing, inappropriate or repeatedly boundary-violating behaviour.

Where applicable, any financial obligations will be handled in accordance with the relevant booking and refund policies.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Heal with Anuja is not responsible for decisions, actions or outcomes arising from a client's interpretation or use of spiritual, psychic, intuitive or energetic guidance.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

24. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, missed appointments, late arrivals and refunds are also governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy available on this website.

By completing a booking or purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the applicable policy.

25. Changes to These Terms

Heal with Anuja may update these Terms & Conditions as services, programs and business operations evolve.

The most current version will be published on this website with the date of the latest update.

Continued use of the website or purchase of services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
