Frequently asked questions

No. This work is not medical treatment or psychotherapy, and it does not replace professional healthcare. The focus is on understanding patterns, body signals, and regulation not diagnosing or treating illness. If you’re currently in therapy or medical care, this work can often sit alongside it.

No. People come with many different starting points, food struggles, body symptoms, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or a general sense of being stuck. You don’t need a clear label. We work with what’s present.

This work is body-led, not strategy-led. Rather than focusing on goals, habits, or mindset alone, we pay attention to nervous system responses, body signals, and patterns that operate beneath conscious intention. This allows change to happen with less force and less self-blame.

No.Some people are new to this kind of work. Others have explored therapy, coaching, or healing before. Both are welcome. You don’t need special language or understanding to begin.

All sessions and workshops are currently conducted online. This allows flexibility and continuity regardless of location.

Change doesn’t happen in a fixed timeline. Some people experience immediate clarity. Others notice gradual shifts over time. This work prioritises sustainable change over quick results.

That uncertainty is normal. You’re welcome to begin with a Clarity & Inquiry Call or explore the Resources page to get a feel for the work. You don’t need to be certain to take a first step.

It is a process of looking beyond the surface symptom (like feeling stuck in repetitive patterns or a career block) to find the underlying emotional or physiological pattern that created it. I facilitate the inquiry; your body and being provides the answers.

While this work is deeply therapeutic, it is not traditional psychotherapy. We focus heavily on the body's current signals and the nervous system's state, metaphysics if required to facilitate change in the present.

Because we work with your system's readiness, there is no fixed number. Some find clarity in a single Foundation Session; others choose to work together over several weeks or months to integrate deeper shifts.

This work may not be the right fit if:• You're looking for quick fixes.• You want guaranteed outcomes.• You're uncomfortable exploring emotions, body awareness, or spiritual perspectives.• You're seeking medical, psychiatric, or crisis care in place of appropriate licensed support.

This work may resonate if...✓ You've tried therapy but still feel something deeper remains.✓ The same relationships keep repeating.✓ Your body carries anxiety, grief or heaviness you can't explain.✓ You feel disconnected from yourself.✓ You know there is more beneath the surface.

Please come to your session:✓ If possible, after taking a saltwater bath or shower.✓ Sober and not under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.✓ In a quiet, private place where you feel safe, relaxed and won't be interrupted.✓ With headphones if possible, so we can hear one another clearly.✓ With water, tissues and a journal nearby.✓ With an open mind and no expectations of how the session "should" unfold.

Every session is different. I don't follow a script or fixed method.Your session is guided by what your body, nervous system, subconscious, ancestors and Spirit reveal in that moment.Depending on what comes through, we may work with mediumship, ancestral healing, somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, subconscious patterns, soul retrieval or energetic clearing. The work unfolds naturally rather than being forced.

Integration is part of the healing process. Some people feel lighter immediately.Others notice shifts over the following days or weeks. You may feel emotional, deeply peaceful, tired, energized, or experience new insights.Drink plenty of water and electrolytes, rest if needed, and allow yourself space to integrate.

No. This is one of the most common concerns people have.In my experience, mediumship does not disturb or "pull" a soul away from where they are meant to be. Communication happens through love and permission, not force. I approach every session with deep respect for Spirit, and only work with what naturally comes forward.

No.Whether your loved one passed days ago or decades ago does not determine whether a connection can happen. Spirit is not limited by time in the way we experience it, and I have connected with loved ones who passed both recently and many years ago.

You're welcome to let me know who you hope to hear from.In my experience, the person you have booked the session to connect with does come through. At times, another loved one, ancestor, or guide may also step forward with messages that are meaningful for you. I allow the communication to unfold naturally rather than controlling it.

You are welcome to ask questions about your loved one, your relationship with them, or messages that may bring healing, understanding, or closure.Rather than focusing on predicting the future, these sessions are intended to provide connection, evidence, comfort, insight, and healing.

If possible, take a saltwater bath or shower before your session, avoid alcohol or recreational drugs for at least 24 hours beforehand, and choose a quiet, private space where you feel safe and relaxed. Please ensure we can hear each other clearly, minimise interruptions, and come with an open heart rather than specific expectations about how the communication should unfold. Every connection is unique, and Spirit often communicates in ways that are deeply personal and meaningful.
