Healing what began before you, so it no longer lives through you. Some of what we carry may not begin with us. Research in epigenetics suggests that the experiences of previous generations can influence how we respond to stress and adversity today. Many ancestral traditions have long recognized that emotional, energetic, and relational patterns can also be carried through a family line. This session explores the roots beneath recurring challenges in relationships, self-worth, health, family, work, and life direction. Together, we bring awareness, healing, and release to what is ready to be transformed while reconnecting with the wisdom, strength, and gifts within your lineage.
