Ancestral Lineage Healing explores patterns, experiences and unresolved energies that may move through a family lineage and continue to influence the present. Our ancestors don't only pass down their wounds, trauma and unresolved patterns. They also pass down strength, wisdom, resilience, gifts and blessings. Through a shamanic and energetic framework, this work explores what has been carried through the bloodline : what is ready to be healed and released, and what you are ready to receive. The intention is to heal the parts that were damaged, release what is no longer contributing, and end patterns that do not need to continue through the lineage. At the same time, you can consciously connect with and claim the strengths, wisdom and blessings carried by those who came before you. This work is not only about healing yourself.
